ARTWORK:

Black and white camera ready, color separated artwork is required to produce all hot stamping dies and silk screens. If source material submitted is not camera ready and color separated, factory will prepare and bill at cost. Art charges over $20.00 will be advised prior to proceeding.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation of an order is possible only if production has not yet started,or if materials have not been ordered.In all instances,a 10%cancellation charge will be billed,not to exceed $25.00 .

CHANGE OF COPY:

A $25.00 (G) charge for each change,plus cost of additional hot stamping dies and/or silk screens applies.

C.O.D.SHIPMENTS:

A C.O.D.shipment charge of $10.00 (G) per order applies, plus freight.

COMPUTER GENERATED ARTWORK:

We accept artwork on cd or via e-mail (call for e-mail address) in either PC or Macintosh formats. Accepted programs are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pagemaker (PC Only), Microsoft Word (PC Only), Microsoft PowerPoint (PC Only), CorelDraw (PC Only). Files must be separated for spot colors only, except when printing 4 color process, with all fonts used included. Images must be saved as PDF, CDR or EPS files.

DROP SHIPMENTS:

When an order is produced and shipped to multiple destinations at one time, a $5.00 (G) charge per drop ship destination applies.

EXACT QUANTITY:

If exact quantity is required, a $30.00 (G) charge per order applies. Exact quantity is not available on some catalog items, and all silk screened and custom items.

HOT STAMPING COLORS:

Black, brown, burgundy, cream, gold, gray, green, navy, orange, pink, process blue, purple, red, reflex blue, rose, silver, turquoise, white and yellow. Exact color matching is not available.

INTERMEDIATE QUANTITIES:

Intermediate quantities are billed at the lower quantity price.

LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS:

When less than minimum quantities are ordered, even if unimprinted,use the lowest quantity price shown, plus $30.00 (G). No less than one half of the lowest quantities are available. Less than minimum quantities are not available on silk screened or embossed items, and business card pockets.

NO IMPRINT:

When no imprint is desired for items priced with an imprint, deduct $.025 (G) per item.No deductions for less than minimum quantities.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:

Every effort will be made to ship exact quantity; however, factory reserves the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the quantity ordered (See "Exact Quantity"section).

PACKAGING:

All items are packed in bulk. Shrink wrapping available, contact factory for pricing.

PRICING:

Prices are subject to change without notice.In the event of a price increase, every effort will be made to provide advance notice.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Normally,10 to 20 working days after receipt of order,or after proof approval. For rush orders, contact factory. Every effort will be made to meet delivery requirements.

PROOFS:

Hot stamped imprint: Paper proof: $5.00 (G). Swatch Proof: $10.00 (G) per color, plus cost of type and/or die. Item Proof: $15.00 (G) per color, plus cost of type and/or die,and item.

Silk screened imprint: Paper proof: $15.00 (G). Swatch or Item proof: $25.00 (G), plus $7.50 (G) for each additional color, plus screen charge and item.

Embossed/Debossed imprint: Swatch proof: $15.00 (G), plus cost of die. Item proof: $25.00 (G), plus cost of die and item.

RETURNS:

Returned merchandise without authorization from factory will not be accepted. All returns must be made within 30 days of original shipment. Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise must be in original, saleable condition, and returned freight prepaid.

ROUTING:

All shipments are F.O.B. factory in Illinois, and will be routed via best and most economical way possible, unless client specifies a specific carrier. Factory can only assure date of shipment, but cannot be held responsible for arrival date.

SILK SCREENS:

Silk Screens are held in our factory for 18 months from last order.

SILK SCREENING COLORS:

Standard ink colors include PMS 300 Blue, PMS 485 Red, PMS 355 Green, PMS Pantone Yellow, PMS 021 Orange, PMS 202 Burgundy. For PMS colors and/or colors requiring an exact match, a $25.00 (G) charge per match applies.

SPEC SAMPLES:

Hot stamped: Cost of die only. Silk screened: $40.00 (G), plus $7.50 (G) for each additional color. Spec samples are not made with production screens.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:

For orders requiring delayed split shipment, merchandise will be produced and billed, with shipments delayed per your request. A split ship charge of $10.00 (G) per shipment applies. All merchandise must be shipped within 6 months.

TOOLING:

All tooling remains in the possession of the factory for the exclusive use of the distributor who paid for it.

TYPESETTING:

If not specified, suitable type styles up to 18 pt. will be set at factory discretion. Certain imprint layouts will require additional charge. Charges over $20.00 will be advised prior to proceeding.

Factory reserves the right to substitute materials when necessary.
